Attn: 7th Grade Students ​ The Douglas County School System (DCSS) participates in a state scholarship program entitled Realizing Educational Achievement Can Happen or REACH. REACH graduates will be eligible for up to $10,000 in college scholarships, to a Georgia Hope Eligible College or University.

Dear Parents and Guardians, Please take a few minutes to provide your input for the 2020-2021 school year. Your preferences will be one of many factors that will guide our decisions as we plan for reopening school in August. We ask that parents take the survey only once so that we have an accurate picture of the opinions of our parents. The survey will close on Friday, June 12. Thank you for your support and collaboration.

Avoid the summer slump.

We are so sad we can't celebrate with our 8th graders in person. Their accomplishments are impressive. Please watch the video below to see all the great things they have done.

We have scheduled 3 days for parents to come to the school between 10 AM to 3 PM to receive student belongings from their lockers and spring pictures. During this time, parents should return all school items like library books, sport uniforms, calculators, and instruments.

Mrs. Suzanne Butler has been in education for 26 years. She has spent her entire career working in special education. All but 1 year has been working with students with moderate/severe intellectual disabilities. She is highly qualified to teach in all academic subject areas for special education, and is certified in preschool handicaps and middle grades reading.

Tryouts will be held May 16, 17, 20, 21. Students may be pick a cheer packet from Coach Coward during lunch or print one from the website.
